None of it started in a boardroom, but each project sharpened the same skills I bring to formal roles: planning, systems, budgets, implementation, strategy, and delivery. Each one reflects the same care, structure, and strategic thinking I bring to formal work.

Built planning, goal tracking, and productivity systems in Notion and Trello that friends and clients now ask me for by name, for their weddings, events, businesses, and day to day. The same workflow thinking I bring to a delivery board, sized to whatever someone needs to run.

Developed a launch ready business plan with a clear operating model, SOPs, startup costs, and financial projections, packaged into investor ready materials.
Startup Costing and Budgeting Systems
Built costing and budgeting systems for new businesses so founders could track expenses, price more accurately, and cut waste. Reviewed cost structures, built the trackers, and supported rollout.
