Delivery Operations & Implementation

I turn messy, ambiguous delivery into clean, repeatable systems. Six years of process improvement, workflow optimization, and end to end implementation across agency, logistics, education, and operations teams.

Core competencies

Three things teams hire me for.

My center of gravity is the unglamorous engine room of delivery: the processes, the systems, and the implementations that decide whether work actually ships.

Process Improvement and SOP Design

I find where work quietly breaks, the missed handoff, the undocumented step, the thing everyone redoes, and design standards that hold under pressure. SOPs, checklists, and process redesign that cut errors and turnaround.

Workflow and Systems Optimization

I build the delivery system a team runs on. Boards, trackers, automations, and clean ownership inside the tools you already use, so status, risk, and the next step are always visible in one place.

Implementation and Delivery

This is where I lean in. End to end rollouts and program delivery: configuration, coordination, adoption, and on time, on scope execution across cross functional and external teams.

About

Project management was the work before it was the title.

I am the person teams hand an ambiguous goal to when it actually has to ship. My edge is process. I find where work breaks, design the system that fixes it, and get the team to adopt it, which is the difference between a plan that looks good and a plan that holds.

I gravitate toward implementation, the rollouts, the SOPs, the workflow builds, because that is where structure turns into results. Across six years in agency, logistics, education, and operations delivery I have learned to read a new domain fast, find the leverage in it, and run programs that stay on time, on scope, and out of chaos. Today that means running delivery for a B2B technology program while also supporting SaaS founders and small to large teams with execution workflows, client communication, CRM and project systems, and SOPs.

I run delivery on Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Notion, and Airtable, and I build with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot to move faster without losing rigor. Technical project management is the direction I am driving toward, and I bring the process depth to back it up. Off the clock, I am a self declared cat consultant with a soft spot for obscure history and a new book always in my bag.
