Own day to day execution of a strategic B2B program for returning enterprise clients, partnering with the Account Strategist to turn strong strategy into on time, on scope delivery, and running the Monday.com system the whole program depends on. Alongside it, I support SaaS founders and small to large teams by bringing structure to fast moving internal operations: execution workflows, client communication, CRM and project systems, and SOPs.
Designed and implemented the SOPs and Notion based workflow systems the team runs on, standardized client booking and scheduling, and owned end to end delivery of internal projects and external events. Alongside this, I managed cross functional operations across a multi entity organization spanning logistics, real estate, U-Haul operations, professional services, business consulting, and nonprofit programs, coordinating vendors, scheduling, documentation, client follow ups, and workflow improvements across several business functions.

Planned and executed the school's first annual event for 200+ attendees on a fixed timeline, tracked risks with mitigation plans, and led a team of four coordinators. Grew parent referrals and drove a 30% boost in enrollment.
Founded three small businesses and built end to end digital operations for small and service based businesses: online visibility, lead capture, client intake, booking, and onboarding systems, plus costing, budgeting, and investor ready business plans.
